I cannot tell you how many people—many of whom I don’t know beyond the blogosphere—have e-mailed me requesting wedding photos. With as photo heavy as this site is, you might expect someone who rarely views life from anywhere but behind the camera lens to have a little more documented evidence of her own wedding day, right? HA!

I didn’t so much as get my camera out all afternoon—but never to fear, our photographer took thousands and I’ll post when she’s through shooting Chelsea Clinton’s wedding (no lie) and has time to edit them; also when I’m done honeymooning, as currently we’re somewhere in the middle of Borneo traipsing about the jungle—however, for now, I’m just happy we had the brains to set up a homemade photo booth in the Snug Room. Here are some of my favorite outtakes (and whaddya know, it isn’t even Photo Friday!):

(drunk) Dad and (drunk-er) Sister.

Harriot and Bill getting all hanky panky on us.

Kari made some new best friends and would probably move in with them if they’d let her. As highly as we the think of Ray and John, Scott and I approve!

Hometown friends, Sam and Tracy, with my nutty Dad.

My cousin Rebecca, her husband John and their soon-to-be LITTLE GIRL (in her belly), sister to this angel.

Cousins John and John (aka Rico Suave Squared).

The next to bite the dust: Lahla and Brian. (We’re heading to their Tennessee nuptials in a few short weeks and couldn’t be more stoked!)

Then, these guys—childhood bestie Jana and fiance Matt—after them (Alabama, October 2010). It’s funny how Jana and I grew up next door to each other 3,000 miles from here and are both marrying thirty-something Northern California natives in the same year. Go figure. Something’s in the water.

Tennessee bakers (yes bakers, not bankers) Megan and Adam.

No garter, but they did expose my flip flops. Oops! Hey, I needed something blue!

(One more for the scrap book…these are three girls I’ve known longer than almost anyone. They traveled from Nashville, D.C. and Denver to help me celebrate!)

The Tullahoma couples (a few of the many who traveled all this way for the festivities)—they were the life of the party!

Diana and Todd’s Jacy Kate showed up for my wedding before I’ve even had a chance to meet the little bugger! (She’s set to make her much-anticipated arrival on Aug. 13.)

My fire-spinning, hula-hooping, running buddy yogini Autumn.

Scott’s best friend Danny and his glamorous wife Jill.

Mother of the Bride sandwich!

Niece/flower girl Kiva. I just have no idea where she got that sass (heh)!

I can finally call Lisa and Chris my sister- and brother-in-law and no one give me weird looks! It’s official, y’all.

One of my two ushers, NYC BFF and former co-worker Ryan, keeping in tune with our relationship and checking my label to make sure it’s not Limited. (He’s judge-y. I like Limited.)(My dress, for once, is not from the Limited.)

At least someone utilized the chalk board (hand made by SVV with one arm!).

Bloggers (and Their Boys) with Attitude.

So far the only decent photo to surface of the Bride and Groom on Our Big Day!

LOVE THESE, Kristin. Especially the one of all of my SF blogger buddies. How is it that you’re the only one I haven’t met? Hope we remedy that sometime soon.
Awww, so fun! I’m sure your wedding was so fun—you looked gorgeous!
Love the pics! Esp. the one of you and SVV at the bottom… you look happy. As it should be! Enjoy your honeymoon and have fun! xoxo
You look absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!
Yay! I’ve been dying for some wedding photos! You (and Scott) looked ah-MAZ-ing! I wish my husband and I had had a photo booth at our wedding–I discovered how fun they were when I went to a wedding this fall with my bestie. It was a “real” photo booth, so you got printouts right there and could paste them into a scrapbook (we did) or take some home (we also did…along with with the life preserver “prop” we “liberated” from the lake outside…)
How did you do a home made photo booth? Did you use a point-and-shoot on a tripod? Love the idea (and the cost-effectiveness) and want to push it on all my unmarried friends! (Note: not expecting an answer anytime soon, as you’re understandably busy…)
You look so pretty!!!! love it.
You look beautiful. And happy. That’s how a wedding should be!
Congratulations…and you look beautiful! I know you don’t need ideas for posts or anything…but how do you stay in shape when traveling so much??? I seem to gain 3 to 5 pounds anytime I travel.
