As long as you are not crazy drunk and thinking that you just have a bad hangover, you'll know you are really sick. I threw up once, had a horrible headache, stiff neck, and body aches. I really thought I had a horrible hangover or maybe the start of the flu. You're probably past the point of getting sick by now though. The incubation period for all types of meningitis is 2 days to 2 weeks per Dr. Google. Your trip looks like so much fun!
