And the Winner Is…

You guys rock; I have to thank you all for the comments you left on my Benefit giveaway post! (Guess all it takes is a little lure of free stuff to get some of you out of your shells.) I must admit, it was a little selfish on my part, as I really wanted to hear about your favorite travels, and my list many of must-visits has more than doubled in the last week. So THANKS! I now have an added 73 island chains to my list, so I better get cracking if I’m going to get to all of them before I die.

I should have mentioned before that while I’ve been fortunate to get to see so much of the world at such a young age, I would never judge those who haven’t. Hey, we all have our priorities: I choose to spend all my surplus income on plane tickets; you might opt for designer shoes or something more grown-up, umm like a house. Some of you seemed a bit ashamed to admit that you’ve never been out of North America, and hey, that’s OK! Some of my favorite places in the world are in my own country—southern Utah’s stunning national parks; Destin in Florida’s panhandle; Portland, Maine; the list goes on and on. And I should have added my personal favorite spot in the world: my parents’ new house in Tennessee! It doesn’t get more glamorous than that.

I’m also grateful for all the comments, because now I have more blogs to read (and more excuses to waste time and procrastinate). I try to make it a point to, time permitting, at least check out every blog from all the comments left on a regular basis. It’s all about spreading the love, yo.
